Penny and Drew were very accommodating to our dietary and ethical requirements. We were offered a fully vegan breakfast. The location is serene, the rooms are comfortable. And yes...the famous fruit salad.

Very friendly welcome. Really nice viewing area with seating in our room, also the best full ‘English’ breakfast of our walking holiday for our tastes - tapas bar only a stone’s throw away. Really well located.

Very kind and lovely host(couple), the best guest house stay at Lynton for family and friends. We stayed two nights and it was very pleasant and Especially the hospitality is very good and they have plenty of options for breakfast and I am sure you will enjoy the delicious food before you start exploring the location. If you like B&B, then this is a gorgeous place to stay - super friendly hosts, excellent choices for breakfast, and the house was completely renovated in 2021. And every now and then you hear from the kitchen a distant laughter of both hosts - you then know, they're in sync. We loved our stay!! (Apr 11-14, 2022)

The place is beautiful. The hosts is fantastic And the Breakfast is amazing..what else can I say. The room is big and clean. The owner is so friendly and helpful. And most of all the Breakfast is big portions and cook to perfection. Thank you for everything and see you next year.

We had a one night stop here on the way to Cornwall, we were that impressed that we're planning on going back for a longer stay. Very clean, comfortable room in a great location. Breakfast was excellent. I personally had never been to Lynton but I'm looking forward to returning.. Highly recommended

A lovely room, with a separate bedroom attached for our 5 year to sleep in. Clean and tidy with lovely views. Kind owner in Bryan and a lovely breakfast as well. Great location and didn't have to use the car all weekend. Thanks for a great stay we'll definitely be returning.

We showed up in Lynton and met the owner on the street. Asked if he had room and said he one room left! We were thrilled and boy is this place nice! Our room was quite nice with a good view of the town and the bay. The place was clean and well kept. We had a great night out on the town and headed to our B&B. A good nights sleep and a great english breakfast in the morning. We walked the Valley of the Rocks which is spectacular. I would recommend South View in a heart beat! Thank You
