Just arrived back home from this beautiful B&B. Gregg and Jacqui are amazing hosts and can't do enough to make your stay memorable. The breakfasts are amazing and Jacqui makes all their own jams and marmalades. I even bought a few jars home with me. Chris and myself would certainly not hesitate in returning if we are in Lynton again. Thanks again for a lovely visit.

Tens across the board- hygiene, hospitality and location etc. The hosts were exceptional, the breakfasts were delicious. The views were beautiful. Greg and Jackie went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. They even make their own jam and marmalade, that was so great we left with 9 jars. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at Lee house.
Stayed for 3 nights and could not of been happier.
Started with a delicious complementary cream tea in the front garden, Including home made strawberry jam. This was so delicious that we bought 3 jars, including different flavours at the end of our stay.
The room was spotless, cosy and with a very comfortable king size bed. Fresh clean towels and bedding was supplied along with tea, coffee and biscuits that were replenished daily.
Cold, refrigerated fresh water and milk was available in the lounge on the ground floor that you could help yourself to which was much appreciated after a good walk.
Breakfast was just simply delicious. We had a combination of fresh fruit and yogurt, full Devon breakfasts, salmon and eggs and Scotch pancakes. Along with delicious, toast and butter. The fresh coffee was great too.
Putting it simply Lee House is a wonderful place to stay with so much attention to detail and Greg and Jacqui are the perfect hosts. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for a very memorable holiday. 😊

Simply Outstanding 🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️
My wife and I do an awful lot of travelling mainly always staying in hotels!
We had forgotten just how fantastic guesthouses/Bed and breakfasts could be!
The personal touch you get from Lee House is as good if not better than any five star hotel we’ve stayed in.
The whole place is immaculately clean, absolutely spotless, if you get the garden room as we did, you’ll be able to sit in the afternoon sun with a glass of wine watching the bees 🐝 in the wild beautiful garden.
The breakfasts are delicious, top quality ingredients and do ask to try some of their fantastic homemade jams, we came home with 6! Real value for money too.
They have their own parking at the rear of the property which is a massive bonus as parking in lynton can be tricky.
All in all, great hosts, great rooms absolutely fabulous, see you next year 👍

We have have just returned from a five night stay and wish we were still there. We stayed in the West Lyn room which has a lovely balcony which we sat on most evenings with a wine and mornings with a cup of tea. The room is perfect, the bedding luxurious we couldn't have had a better night's sleep.
Jacquie and Gregg were excellent hosts from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. They offered restaurant recommendations, asked about our plans for the day etc very welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent with a good variety on offer, we worked our way through the menu! All delicious! We even enjoyed breakfast one morning in the (immaculate) front garden area.
Parking included at the rear of the property which was an added bonus. We came away (as do most I imagine!) with some lovely homemade jams.
This is easily the best B&B we have stayed in the UK and should we return to the area we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Gregg and Jacqui were absolutely amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a memorable one. When I looked at the reviews for Lee house on both booking and Google I immediately knew I had to chose it and experience it first hand and I was not disappointed. Me and my partner were late to book in as we had a long drive and were welcomed late by Gregg who personally toured us around the beautiful building and had a great chat with us and showed us the room.
The excellent service continued into the morning where gregg set us up in the front garden for breakfast as per my cheeky request and we had the loveliest of breakfasts in the absolutely stunning garden with the beautiful views and even got to meet his beautiful cats (through the window but still made an already amazing breakfast even more memorable) the food was beautifully prepared and very much enjoyed with the fresh orange juice and coffee for me. The next morning gregg again set us up in the garden and we again had an amazing breakfast. The whole stay was amazing and we loved everything about it and would be happy to return we have already recommended it to family and friends and look forward to staying again, there is a reason this place is 5 out of 5 on booking and Google!

We have just spent 3 nights staying at Lee House and it is, hands down, one of the loveliest places we have stayed. Firstly, the location is great. Our room (Deepdene) was clean, spacious and comfortable - the breakfast was delicious with so much choice (Jacqui's home made jam is a must have!). Gregg and Jacqui were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. You can tell that they do everything to a very high standard with so much attention to detail - everything is considered. We have raved about Lee House to everyone we know and we cannot recommend staying there enough. We cant wait to visit again.

We spent few lovely nights at Lee House. Our Garden Room was spot on: exceptionally clean, well furnished with large and comfy bed and very quiet. The views at the front and back are absulutely stunning with beautiful gardens, hills and sunny sky. Every morning we've had fresh and tasty breakfast with some homemade treats like granola, jams or marmalade. Lee House is a lovely place to stay. Well looked after Gregg and Jacqui, close to village centre and it really does feel like home away from home. We will be back.

Lovely warm welcome from Gregg, fantastic breakfasts and an extremely comfortable bed. Lee House is spotlessly clean. Gregg and Jackie have simple but effective systems in place to meet the Covid restrictions so Everyone feels safe and well looked after. We stayed in the garden room which had a private patio with a lovely view over the garden. Lots of walks from the house, beautiful scenery (even in the rain) and a very good selection of restaurants nearby. Private parking included at the back of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, and our delightful hosts.

First time to this area and first trip since we have had Covid-19. was pleasantly surprised by area. Also the pro cautious that the lee house had taken to make you feel safe. Everything was very clean and fresh. Towels was lovely and soft and the extra toiletries was a pleasant surprise. Stayed in the garden room and was nice to have the outside space, just a shame the weather wasn’t on our side to be able to use it. Would give the room 10/10
Only had breakfast and was a great choice with plenty to eat. The extra choice of the different jams to try and buy was a good touch. So breakfast 10/10 I should imagine evening meal would have been just as high quality.
Host made you feel very welcome and gave good details of local area and places to eat. Nothing was to much trouble. 10/10. Our travel to Lee House took over 4hours was was a nice touch to be offered tea or coffee when we arrived. Would stay again and recommend
